Determination of Organic Acid in Fruit Wine by Ion Chromatography

摘要

Abstract

An ion chromatographic method for the detection of five organic acids in fruit wine was developed by using DIONEX ICS-1500 ion chromatography combining with gradient elution. Tartaric acid, malie acid, citric acid, antiscorbic acid and lactic acid were separated completely. The results show that the RSDs of various components are smaller than 1% , and the recovery rates are within the range of91% -98%. The pretreatment of this method is sim- ple, the recovery rate is high and the determination result is satisfying.
