淡水红耳龟Trachemys scripts elegans 是研究耐缺氧的模式动物之一,其对缺氧胁迫具有较完善的应激机制.该文研究了20℃下急性缺氧胁迫对红耳龟的糖类代谢和抗氧化防御系统的影响,以探讨红耳龟对急性缺氧胁迫的适应.采用生物化学方法对不同组织中的乳酸、糖原、血糖、Na+-K+-ATP 酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)进行测定.结果显示,随着缺氧时间的延长,肝脏和骨骼肌糖原逐渐被消耗,肝脏、心肌和骨…查看全部>>
