基于DEA方法的兰州市城市土地利用经济效益分析
Economic Benefit Analysis of Urban Land Utilization in Lanzhou City Based on DEA Method
摘要
Abstract
The land use status of Lanzhou City was investigated,and an evaluating indicator system was constructed by combining the economic development and the land use characteristics of the city.The C2R model and data envelopment analysis（DEA） approach were used to quantitatively analyze and evaluate land utilization economic benefit of the city from 1997 to 2008.The results show that the land utilization of Lanzhou City had high economic benefit level.However,in non-DEA efficient years,the land input was sufficient while the land output was not.Lastly,four suggestions were proposed to improve the economic benefit,including promoting intensive land use,improving low efficiency land,adjusting the industrial structure and paying more attention to the coordination of man-nature relationship.关键词
