中国省域土地整理复垦开发补充耕地的空间效应
Spatial Effect of Supplementary Cultivated Land of Land Reconsolidatiom, Reclamation and Exploitation in Chinese Provinces
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze spatial character of supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation,reclamation and exploitation in Cinese provinces,and analyze degree of spatial correlation of pure profit of transferring land with supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation.The solutions are spatial econometrics,spatial regression model.The results show that Chinese supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation,reclamation and exploitation from 1999 to 2003 took on discrete structure with unobvious regulations of spatial distribution,and decreased in terraced mainly in Jiangsu-He＇nan-Shaanxi-Gansu from east to west in 2007.Through analyzing on spatial regression,it shows that pure profit of transferring land has certain correlation with supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation,reclamation and exploitation on spatial scale,but not in very high degree.It is concluded that supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation,reclamation and exploitation are affected by pure profit of transferring land as well as land reserved resources,policies and other factors.关键词
