摘要
Abstract
Objective To estimate the clinical efefect of the osteomyelitis be treated with vancomycin bone cementpacking. Methods 66 cases of osteomyelitis focus of infection were packed with vancomycin bone cement after deeply debridement, 3 months after cut healed , pull out bone cement again , autogenous bone grafting .union with steelness plate. Rusults All the patients were follow up for an averaged 10 months( 6 months to 3years ),67 cases was completely heal, 2 cases recurrent, and healed after treat in the same way again. Conclusions The method of vancomycine bone cement packing treat ostermyelitis is effect, easy and cheap, this way is worth promoting.关键词
