摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the the clinical outcomes of anterior cervical discectomy and anterior cervical corpectomy for multilevel cervical spondylosis. Methods 17 patients with multilevel cervical spondylosis treated surgically were included in this study. Results All patients were followed-up and showed the successful fusion. No pseudoarthrosis or implant failure occurred. The symptoms disappeared or improved obviousty. Conclusion Anterior cervical discectomy and anterior cervical corpectomy provides a reliable safety technique for multilevel cervical spondylosis, allows us directly to make the completely decompression and can ensure good outcome.关键词
