摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the ability of ectopic osteogenesis of composites osteoblasts with Porous-Nano-hydro-xyapatite/chitosanC nHA/CS)in rat's muscle pouch. Methods Pro-nHA/CS was prepared through co-precipitation and particle-leaching method. The rat osteoblasts were isolated and cultured in vitro. Then we use the osteoblasts and pro-nHA/ CS to construct tissue engineered bone. Then the tissue engineered bone and the pro-nHA/CS were implanted in to rats' thigh muscle pouch. Specimens were harvested at week 2,4,6 and 8 and analyzed by hemotoxylin and eosin staining. The percentages of new bone were determinate by JEDA-801D software. SPSS 13.0 software package was used for one-way ANOVA. Results In each observation period, osteoblasts with porous nHA/CS group new bone density are more than nHA/CS group. Conclusion The composite of osteoblasts with pro- nHA/CS scaffold material has the ability of ectopic osteogenesis.
