摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between plantar fasciitis and gastrocnemius contracture. Methods 20 outpatients with plantar fasciitis were compared with 31 normal people during Sep to Nov 2010 in Foot and ankle surgery department of Tongren hospital. Results 16 of 29 feet with plantar fasciitis ( 55.2% )had gastrocnemius contracture compared with 11 of 62 normal feet ( 17.7% ). Conclusion There is a close relationship between plantar fasciitis and gastrocnemius contracture. A plantar fasciitis patient is more likely to suffer gastorcnemius contracture.关键词
