摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain the best method for extraction of total flavones, the uniform design method U12(54 ×3) was used to investigate the effect of microwave extraction time(X1) , sodium dodecyl sulfate concentration(X2), liquid to solid ratio(X3) , enzymatic time(X4) , and water extraction time(.X5) on the yield of total flavones from Microcos paniculata Linn, by combining surfactant with the microwave and the enzyme, a mathematical model was established and the optimal process conditions were obtained with PLS procedure. The optimal extraction parameters of total flavones were as follows: X1 = 1 min, X2 = 0. 16% , X3 =30.75 Ml/g, X4 = 50 min, X5 =30 min. The extraction process had advantages of high-efficiency and safety.
