摘要

Abstract

Response surface methodology was used to optimize microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids from Spirodelapolyrrhiza (L. ) Schleid. Based on single factor tests, Box-Behnken central composite experiment design was carried out with three correlative factors, I. E. , solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration and microwave power. Response surface analysis was used to determine the effect of prime factors on the yield of flavonoids from Spirodela polyrrhiza (L. ) Schleid. Results showed that the yield of flavonoids from Spirodela polyrrhiza (L. ) Schleid was 4. 14%. Under the optimal condition, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:17, the ethanol concentration was 62% and the microwave power was 500 W for 9 min. Antioxi-dant activities were evaluated by using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical in vitro. The result showed that the DPPH radical scavenging activity of the flavonoids was stronger than that of vitamin C and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol on the same concentration.
