摘要
Abstract
Mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) are matrilineal inheritance which contains important biological information. mtDNA sequences of Xi' an and Changsha people have been analyzed by the cluster method of combining a genetic algorithm and k - modes algorithm. The population structures of the two areas are elucidated according to mtDNA molecular cluster analysis results. The population structure of Xi' an was divergent distribution and that of Changsha was dominant distribution.关键词
