Abstract
Objective:To probe into the characteristics of empathy among high vocational student nurses and to provide evidences for setting up the empathy training course. Methods: A total of 318 student nurses were selected as objects by using the cross - sectional survey. The interpersonal reactive index was used to cross -sectional questionnaires for the patients. Results: Statistically significant differences were observed in sympathy and "mental and physical misery" among student nurses in different grades. Compared with student nurses who were in - college, clinical student nurses had lower score in empathy,mental and physical misery dimension. Student nurses who were non - only - child and lived in village had higher score in mental and physical misery dimension than those who were only - child and in city. Conclusion: Various forms of empathy training should be carried out based on different characteristics of empathy, and nursing schools should strengthen empathy training for student nurses who were only - child, in clinical internship and nurse students who lived in town.关键词
