摘要
Abstract
Objective:To know about the status of HIV infected and AIDS patients related stigma and discrimination, and provide the evidences for nursing strategies to reduce HIV infected and AIDS patients related stigma and discrimination. Methods: A total of 100 patients with HIV infected and AIDS were investigated and evaluated by the scale of HIV infected and AIDS patients related stigma and discrimination. Results: The total score of related stigma and discrimination of HIV infected and AIDS patients was 132. 96 + 21. 49, and there was statistical significant difference in the stigma and discrimination between patients with sexually transmitted disease and drug patients(P<0. 05). Conclusion: HIV infected and AIDS patients have more sense of stigma and discrimination, so the positive and effective interventions should be taken to reduce it.关键词
