标准化饮食设计在2型糖尿病肥胖病人饮食治疗中的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To probe into the effect of the standardized diet design in diet therapy for obese patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods; A total of 36 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with obese were randomly divided into two groups,dietary education and therapy was given to both group cases, low - carbohydrate group patients had the food in which carbohydrates accounted for 30% of the total calories,low - fat group patients were given food in which carbohydrate accounted for more than 55% of total calories and the fat accounted for less 30% of the total calories. Then the patient's body mass index in two groups was observed respectively at admission, 3 months, 6 months after discharge; changes of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid of two groups were observed at admission and 6 months after discharge; and the continuous glucose monitoring was placed in sixth months so as to observe the 24 h average blood sugar,postprandial glucose peak and time of peak value,days of valley value changes of two groups of patients. Results;Body mass of the low - carbohydrate group patients after 6 months was lower than that of the low - fat group ( P<C0. 01) ; compared with low fat group, in the low - carbohydrate group the postprandial glucose peak value was reduced significantly(P<Z0. 01),and peak time prolonged significantly(P<CO. 01), days of valley value increased significantly (P<C0. 01 ) ; there was not statistical significant difference in lipids between both groups after six months (P^>0. 05). Conclusion;Low carbohydrate diets can better control the blood glucose fluctuations and body mass of type 2 diabetes patients with obese,and will not affect the patient's blood lipids in the short term.关键词
