摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the relationship between the nurses' e-motional intelligence and job burnout, so as to provide references for nursing human resource management. Methods: A total of 658 nurses in three hospitals were recruited and investigated with emotional intelligence scale and job burnout scale. Results: Four dimensionalities of emotional intelligence were negatively correlated with job burnout,the most predictive factor of job burnout was emotion control. Conclusion: Nurses' emotional intelligence has significant role in decreasing job burnout of nurses and stability of nursing team.关键词
