不同学历层次护生职业自我概念比较

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the level and characteristics of occupational self - concept among nursing students with different educational history levels. Methods:A total of 237 nursing students were selected by convenient sampling methods,including high vocational students, undergraduate students and postgraduate students,and were investigated by using general information questionnaire and the occupational self - concept questionnaire. Results:The total score of occupational self - concept was 160. 29 + 17. 51 in postgraduate students, 180. 46 + 23. 56 in undergraduate nursing students,and 182. 67 + 27. 33 in high vocational students. There were statistical significant differences in the total score of occupational self - concept and all dimensional scores of professional competence, career preparation,career decisions,career design among different educational history levels of nursing students(P<C0. 05). Conclusion: Nursing teachers should pay attention to cultivate high educational background of nursing students' emotional love of the nursing profession, and make them know the essence and mission of nursing specialty, meanwhile encourage high vocational nursing students develop continuously at school work, so as to improve all aspects of quality of nursing students with different educational backrounds including vocational self - concept.关键词
