Abstract
The binding constraints of modern agriculture are the low level of production and operation,imperfect system of extension in agricultural technology,and the restriction of agricultural resources.The paper comes up with a logical agricultural development mode to solve agricultural problems and to make a contribution to our national agriculture.The developing agricultural logics are persisting in The Four Modernizations of agriculture to rapidly change the way of the government functions,repositioning the agriculture focused on market,planting according to regional advantages and the care for people,and accelerating the harmonious socialist countryside construction to boost the economic development.关键词
