Non-profit Organizations：the New Supply Subject of Migrant Workers＇ Social Welfare
摘要
Abstract
According to the theory of western welfare pluralism,the main system of social welfare includes family,community,non-profit organizations,markets and government.This paper argues that the four supply subjects（families,market,government,community） are unable to bear the main responsibility for social welfare of migrant workers in the process of social transformation for various reasons,which led to a greater demand gap and gave birth to the new subject-non-profit organizations.The paper made analysis on the main causes,status and obstruction about the non-profit organization of the migrant workers.关键词
