System Impediments and Strategy on Rural Labors Transfer
摘要
Abstract
There are some characteristics of poor quality,less organization,less salary,higher risks and costs during the transfer of labors from rural to urban areas and their employment thereafter.Many factors resulted in this unsatisfactory transfer,but the current system and institution impediment is the main barrier which hinders rural labors from their transfer and employment.Shanxi Province,one of less developed inner provinces of China,should develop labor intensive industries;reallocate land utilizing index with household registration system to promote the rural surplus labor.关键词
