Restructuring of Rural Financial System in Gansu Province Amid the Construction of Socialist New Countryside
摘要
Abstract
The primary objective for rural financial reform is to establish a financial system that could sustain the development of agriculture,farmers and rural areas.Due to the absence of financial players in rural financial system in Gansu Province,it is required to restructure the financial system to adapt for agricultural development and underpin the construction of socialist new countryside.Specifically,the restructuring covers not only the banking sector,but also agricultural insurance,asset management,lease and other financial sectors.The detailed path shall be selected according to the objective of rural financial system construction.关键词
