胃食管反流病患者食管、胃运动功能的研究
Study on gastroesophageal motility in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of gastroesophageal motility in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease for providing a basis for the clinical treatment. Methods The lower esophageal sphincter pressure ( LESP ) and transient lower esophageal sphincter relaxation( TLESR ) were determined by perfusion manometry catheter in 31 patients with GERD and 10 healthy volunteers. Proximal gastric volume and antral cross-sectional area were monitored through real-time B-mode ultrasound to observe the gastric receptive relaxation and gastric emptying. Results Compared with controls, LESP decreased and TLESR increased in patients with GERD( P < 0.05 ),proximal gastric volume decreased( P<0.05 ),and gastric emptying was extended and the speed was decreased in patients with GERD( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease may have lower esophageal sphincter motility disorders and gastric motility disorders.关键词
