摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore a better method of inducing the ischemic arrhythmia rat model to increase the successful rate. Methods The ischemic arrhythmia rat models were established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery with thead( traditional method ) and fixing the left anterior descending coronary artery with the silica gel tube( silica gel tube method ), respectively. The successful rate, the type, the duration and the grade of the cardiac arrhythmia were observed and compared. Results Compared with traditional method, the successful rate and the cardiac arrhythmia grade were increased significantly( P <0. 05 ) ,and the duration of cardiac arrhythmia was prolonged obviously by silica gel tube method( P <0.05 ). Conclusion The silica gel tube method of producing ischemic arrhythmia in rats should be widely used in the experiment teaching because of its high achievement ratio and its easiness to operate.
