TNF-α对培养乳鼠心肌成纤维细胞的作用
Effect of TNF-α on the cultured neonate cardiac fibroblasts
摘要
Abstract
Objectives: To explore the effects of cardiac fibroblast proliferation. Ang I secrete and ATI receptor express by different concentration TNF-a. Methods: Cardiac fibroblast primary culture of SD neonate rat. Determine cell proligferation of fibroblast by MTT assay. Determine content of Ang I and collagen in cell culture fluid by euzymelinked immunosorbent and proline assay. Determine expression of ATI receptor in fibroblast by immunocytochemistry assay. Results ?. TNF-a may promote AngH and collegen secretion and increased the expression of ATI in cardiac fibroblast in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion: TNF-a promote the secretion of AngH in cardiac fibroblasts. It may contribute to cardiac remodeling by cadiac fibrosis.关键词
