年龄对帕金森病患者运动功能障碍的影响OACSTPCD
Influence of aging on the severity of different motor signs in Parkinson disease
目的:探讨帕金森病(PD)患者运动功能障碍的影响因素.方法:93例PD患者接受了调查.采用PD统一评分量表(UPDRS)评估患者各项运动功能障碍如震颤、肌强直、动作缓慢、面部表情、语言表达和中轴(步态和姿势)损伤.分析患者的性别、年龄、发病年龄、病程、受教育情况、治疗情况与UPDRS评分的相关性.结果:患者的UPDRS评分与认知水平和年龄显著相关；震颤与病程相关.回归分析显示患者年龄是影响UPDRS评分及中轴损伤的主要因素.结论:PD患者中轴损伤…查看全部>>
Objective: To investigate the contribution of aging to the severity of different motor signs of Parkinson disease (PD). Methods: 93 PD patients were evaluated using unified PD rating scale (UPDRS).
