癫痫与非癫痫儿童96例脑脊液催乳素检测及对比分析
Detection of prolactin in CSF of 96 children with epilepsy or non-epilepsy and its clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the diagnostic significance of CSF prolactin levels in epilepsy. Methods: The CSF prolactin levels of 32 epileptic children, 33 non-epileptic children and 31 control group children were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results:The levels of CSF prolactin was significantly higher in epilepsy group than non-epilepsy and control group(P<0. 05). There was significantly statistical difference between groups(P<0. 05). The levels of CSF prolactin in non-epilepsy group was higher than thase in control group, but there was no statistical difference between groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion: Detecting the levels of CSF prolactin will be beneficial to the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis in epilepsy.关键词
