摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the significance of treatment of thromboangitis obliterans by venous arterialization in the lower extremity. Methods: Venous arterialization were performed in 32 ischemic limbs with extensive arterial occlusion and observe the changes of pre-and post-operation of the symptoms and signs of the lower extremity. Results: The ischemic symptoms of the limbs had been improved significantly. The follow up ranged from 5 months to 8years (average 3. 5±0. 5 years) postoperatively, the results showed the blood supplying of the limbs were satisfactory and without amputation. Conclusion: Venous arterialization can improve the blood supplying of the limbs and is an effective surgical protocol treat for chemic disease of the lower extremity.关键词
