摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in judging the myo-metrial invasion of stage I endometrial carcinoma so as to improve its diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods : contrast-enhanced ultrasound features of stage I endometrial carcinoma proved by operation and pathology in 37 patients were retrospectively analyzed in combination with literature review. The contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis of myometrial invasion were correlated with pathologic findings and literature. Results: Based on contrast-enhanced ultrasound image, the tumor was divided into stage I a ( 4 cases) , stage I b (20 cases) ; stage I c(13 cases). Compared with postoperative pathology results, the incidence of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound assessment for tumor confined to stage I a were 75.0%, 93.9%, 91.9%, 60.0%, 96.9%; to stage I b were 85. 0%, 82.4%, 83.8%, 85.0%, 82.4%; to stage I c were 84. 6%, 95.8%, 91.9%, 91.7%, 92.0%. Conclusion:Correct judgement of contrast-enhanced ultrasound manifestations of stage I endometrial carcinoma can improve its diagnosis and differential diagnosis, contrast-enhanced ultrasound has considerable value in judging the myometrial invasion and local-regional staging of stage I endometrial carcinoma.关键词
