Analysis the platelet activation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare and analysis the platelet activation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute pneumonia. Methods: Utilize FCM to detect the platelet activators CD61, CD62p, PAC-1. Which were marked with fluorescent mono-antibody. Results: The expression of platelet surface receptors of CD62p and PAC-1 in COPD and acute pneumonia was no significant difference, but the expression of platelet surface receptors in these two groups was statistically higher than those in controls (P<0. 01) . Conclusion :There is a relationship between platelet activation and thrombus cased by pulmonary diseases.关键词
