Abstract
Objective initially to explore the clinical value of stereotactic radiofrequency therapy for deeply located cerebral malignant tumors. Methods:Localization of tumors with thinning CT scanning, 10mm lengthy in-tracranial-lesions-infiltrating into tumor side lobe,rapidly pathological diagnosing of gliomas with stereotactic biopsy in tumor centre and inserting the radiofrequency needle were performed prior to multiple-target stereotactic surgery. Results: 12 cases of glioma (grade [[ , H ) at the basal ganglion area underwent this treatment. The tumors shrank and the symptoms improved markedly after radiofrequency. Conclusion: Stereotactic radiofrequency therapy for deeply located cerebral malignant tumors is clinically more valuable , effective, safe and reliable with very mild trauma and few complications.关键词
