自然周期与人工周期方案264个冻融胚胎移植临床结局比较
Comparison of the effects of natural cycles and artificial cycles on the clinical outcome of 264 frozen-thawed embryos transfer

Abstract
Objective: To compare the outcome of F-ET between in natural cycles and artificial cycles. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 264 cycles of F-ET between January 2009 and January 2011 in the Reproductive Medical Center of the fourth Hospital of Xi'an, natural cycles were 180 and artificial cycles were 84. The patient age,duration of infertility,basal FSH,LH and E2 levels,endometrial thickness,number of embryo transferred, and embryo quality,the rates of embryo implantation,biochemical pregnancy,clinical pregnancy,abortion,and high-order were compared between two groups. Results:The implantation rate, biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate,and high-order birth were 29. 4%,51. 1%,82. 1%,13. 4%,16. 4%; in the group of F-ET in natural cycles respectively,and were 31. 3% ,47. 6% ,80. 0% ,13. 3% ,16. 7% in the group of F-ET in artificial cycles. There were no significant differences between the two groups with regard to the implantation rate, biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate,and high-order birth rate (P >0. 05). Conclusion: These findings suggest that both F-ET protocols are equally effective in terms of pregnancy outcome.关键词
