Minimal scleral buckling surgery on twenty-one rhegmatogenous retinal detachment by microscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate effects of minimal scleral buckling surgery on rhegmatogenous retinal detachment by microscopy. Methods: Twenty-one rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients (Twenty-one eyes) underwent minimal scleral buckling surgery without drainage of subretinal fluid. Retina reattachment and visual acuity were observed. Results:Retina was completely reattached in 19 eyes(90. 45% ). Visual acuity was improved in 19 eyes(90. 45% ). Conclusion: Minimal scleral buckling surgery by microscopy is an effective and safe method with high retina reattachment rate for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.关键词
