Abstract
Objective:To analysing the patients of interstitial lung disease with respiratory failure that treated by non-invasive ventilation, summarie the experience and guide clinical treatment. Methods: 36 patients treated by BiPAP, positive inspiratory pressure: 1. 0 - 1. 5kPa(8~14cmH2O) ,positive expiratory pressure:0. 2 ~0. 5kPa(2~4cmH2O). To observe pre-treatment and post-treatment 2h,24h, pH,PaO2 ,PaCO2 ,SaO2 ,PEF , PEEPi, HR, RR. Results: pre-treatment and post-treatment pH respectively (7. 16±0. 68) , (7. 14 + 0. 54) , (7. 39±0. 35), PaO2 respectively (6. 04±1.04)kPa, (6. 63±0. 36)kPa, (7. 73±0. 84)kPa: PaCO2 respectively (7. 80±0. 3), (7.92 + 0. 5),(6.8 + 0. 4);SaO2 respectively (81 + 5)%, (84±7)%, (93±3)%. PEF(L/min) respectively 81 ±12. 4,135 + 17. 9,164 + 21. 6. PEEPi respectively 0. 95±0. 26,0. 68±0. 20,0. 37±0. 16. HR 113.6±13. 5 ,98 + 13.5 ,81. 5±5. 7,RR 27. 6±4. 8,21±4. 8,17. 3±4. 1 (0. 01<P<0. 05). Conclusion:BiPAP ventilation is beneficial to severe asthmatic attach,manipulation simplicity,emergency at encyclic extend application.关键词
