Application of surface plasmon resonance biosensor in detection of ovarian tumor marker CA125
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Explore a label free method for CA125 antigen detection in human serum for clinical diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods: Surface plasmon resonance biosensor(SPR)was used and 15 case of human sera were measured using SPR method. The specimens were also measured using RIA method for comparison. Results: SPR results were relatively according with that of RIA method. Conclusion:SPR technology can be used as label free method in ovarian cancer marker CA125 detection.关键词
