响应曲面法优化混合菌KW8-2修复石油污染土壤
Bioremediation condition optimization of crude oil contaminated soil using response surface method with microbial consortium KW8-2

Abstract
A response surface method was employed to optimize the bioremediation of crude oil contaminated soil by microbial consortium KW8-2. A four-level Box-Behnken factorial design was employed to study the relationship of independent variables and dependent variable by applying initial oil mass fraction, biomass, the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus, and synthetic surfactant (SDS) as independent variables (factors) and oil removal after60 days remediation as dependent variable (response ). A prediction model of quadramatic polynomial regression equation was obtained. The results show that the crude oil removal of the soil with the oil fraction of 10×l0-3, 30×10-3 and 50×10-3 could reach as high as 67. 12% , 63. 39% and 56. 57% , respectively, compared with 63. 78% , 60. 36% and 55. 44% removal for un-optimized results. The results can provide technical parameters for the crude oil contaminated soil remediation with microbial consortium KW8-2.关键词
