International Legal Regime of Preventing Accidental Oil Pollution at Sea
摘要
Abstract
Accidental oil pollution at sea and inter alia grave accidental pollution near seashore may cause immense damages.Since the end of World War I,the international community has begun to realize problems caused by oil pollution at sea and attempted to resolve them.It was when the Second World War ended,efforts by the international community finally turned out to be fruitful,which was due to grave oil pollution accidents in a short time.International legal regime was finally framed out and made noticeable success after several decades of practice.Efforts and successes by the international community on preventing accidental oil pollution will be of inspirations for China,which is now rapidly developing its marine economies.关键词
