Abstract
The Yellow River Delta regional development in the Bohai Sea has an important strategic position.In the new historical conditions,in order to further promote the economic development of the Yellow River Delta Eco-efficiency,safeguard the implementation of ＂eco-efficient Yellow River Delta Economic Zone Development Plan＂,and do a good job in the legislation of the ＂eco-efficient Yellow River Delta Economic Zone Bill＂,the work must be based on actual ecological status of the system,reflecting the legislative system of regional ecological practices,updating the concept of eco-legislative guidance,combing the text of regional ecological legislation,detailing the ecological legislation,insisting on principles of sustainable development,coordinating the regional ecological resources legislation,establishing and improving the eco-identification system,and strengthening the ecological destruction of the illegal accountability.关键词
