摘要
Abstract
The percentage of young in total amount of staff is rising rapidly with Chinese higher education approaching the stage of popularization. So it has become important for achieving the university＇s primary target to have the ideological and political work of young staff done well. But there are some problems among young staff now, such as the indifference of ideal and belief, multi-division of value orientation, the lack of personal qualities, the weakness of working responsibility, cooperation and innovation, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system of the young staff＇s ideological and political work, to establish and complete regulations and evaluating system of ＂educating via teaching, managing and serving＂, to work based on ＂people oriented＂ so as to enhance the ideological and political work of the young staff and to provide powerful guarantee for the universities＇ continual and rapid development.关键词
