IGF-1及IGFBP-3在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义
Expression and Significance of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in Endometrial Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression levels of Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and Insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3( IGFBP-3) in the tissues of endornetrial cancer and discuss the clinical significance. Methods:38 patients with endometriai cancer were in experimental group. 30 patients with uterine leiomyoma (pathological examination showed normal endometrium after operation) were in control group. The serum levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in patients were detected by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay( ELISA). The expression of genes and their products of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in the endometriai tissue were detected by real-time Q PCR. Results:The expression levels of IGF-1 mRNA in endometriai cancer group (2.106 ±4.943) were significantly higher than that in control group(0. 388 ±0. 501). There was significant difference (P<0. 05). The expression of IGFBP-3mRNA in endometriai cancer group (0.690 ± 0. 564) were significantly lower than that in control group (1.306 ±1. 393). There was significant difference (P<0.05). The expression of serum IGF-1 in endometriai cancer group (76. 958 ±95. 600 pg/L) was significantly higher than that in control group (28.474 ±11.744 pg/L), but the expression of serum IGFBP-3 (27.260 ±13. 284 pg/L) was significantly lower than that in control group(47. 650 ±25.979 μg/L). There was significant difference in both of them(P<0.05). Conclusions:IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 are associated with pathogenesis of endometriai cancer. The detection of serum IGF-1 /IGFBP-3 is helpful to detect high risk population of endometriai cancer and is regarded as predictive makers of screening endometriai cancer and judgment of prognosis.关键词
