Abstract
Objective: To investigate the value of a 3-dimensional virtual computer-aided analysis imaging system ( 3D-PCA) in measuring the microcirculation parameters at cesarean scar site to help for the diagnosis and therapy of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods: 38 patients who were diagnosed as cesarean scar pregnancy(embryo sac type) and had MTX intraartery chemotherapy and embolization and ultrasound-guided curettage were recuited in this study. The patients had vaginal color ultrasound examination and 3D-PCA to measure the corresponding vascular index(VI) ,flow index(FI), blood vessels and blood flow in-dex( VFI), pulse index (PI), resistance index( Rl) before and one week after intraartery chemotherapy and embolization. The correlation between VI, Fl, VFI, patients'blood p-HCG before intraartery embolization and PI, Rl were analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups according to the blood lose during curettage more than 100 ml or less, the vascular parameters before intraartery embolization were compared between the two groups. Results :?The VI value and blood p-HCG before embolization were positively correlated (r= 0. 952,P<0. 01), while VI,Fl and VFI were negatively correlated with Rl(r = -0. 456,r= -0. 324,r = -0. 298;P<0. 05). (2)The VI value after embolization (6. 564 ±2. 089) was markedly lower than that before embolization(11. 223 ±2. 865) (P<0. 01). ?The VI value before embolization in the group of blood lose > 100 ml (14. 506 ±2. 897) was significantly bigger than that in the group of blood loses; 100 ml (8. 989 ± 2. 324) (P<0. 01). Conclusions:3D-PCA can be used to quantitatively measure the microcirculation parameters at the cesarean scar site, the VI value is a very valuable parameter, if combined with other auxiliary ex-aminations, important information can be obtained for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
