摘要

Abstract

In order to enhance the bonding strength between thermal sprayed coating and electroplated layer,three self-bonding materials including QAl9-2,Ni95Al5 and 0Cr25Al5 were chosed as the transition layer materials and were deposited between the thermal sprayed 3Cr13 coating and elctroplated nickel layer.The results show that the Ni95AL5 transition layer shows the best effect,and can increase the bonding strength of the coating system by at least one time.The effect of both QAl9-2 and 0Cr25Al5 transition layers is inferior to that of the Ni95AL5 transition layer.The microstructure at the interface of thermal sprayed coating and electroplated layer was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the strengthening mechanism of the trainsition layers was investigated.In present coating system,the metallurgical bonding between self-bonding coating and electroplated nickel layer occurs.In addition,the free surfaces of the self-bonding coatings provide an excellent mechanical bonding interface for subsequently deposited 3Cr13 coating,which ensures the reliable bonding of the coating system.
