基于HyperWorks 3MW风电机组轮毂的结构优化
Structure optimization of 3 MW wind turbine hub based on HyperWorks
摘要
Abstract
In order to lighten the hub weight and reduce the manufacturing costs,the hub structure was optimized with combining two optimization methods and taking HyperWorks as analysis platform based on the strength analysis.The model was rebuilt based on the optimization results and practical design experience.And the ultimate strength of hub was analyzed with taking MSC.Patran/Nastran as analysis platform.The analysis results show that the maximum stress of the optimized hub is 125 MPa,the deformation and stress values meet the design requirements,and the reducing amplitude in the weight of hub is 30.74%.The structure optimization based on HyperWorks can not only shorten the design period,reduce the test degree and save the design cost,but also effectively reduce the weight of the model and improve the performance of the structure.关键词
