摘要
Abstract
The connotation, characteristacs, types, causes ana responomg mecnamsms m aeve~opea countries of emergencies of public safety are analyzed starting from the legislation on emergencies law of public safety. Based on summarization of the general situation of legislation at both home and abroad, the value choice of the objectives, the equilibrium, and the legal system construction of the legislation on emergencies law of public safety in China are discussed in order to perfect the legislation on emergencies law of public safety in China and make the law to exert its proper functions of prevention, control, and response.关键词
