Research on civil code institution of emergencies of public safety
摘要
Abstract
Emergencies law is the legislation on emergent events of public safety, in which the proportion of public administration of the government is greater, while the stipulations on civil and commercial adjustments of emergencies of public safety are less. It leads to the inability to achieve the goal of the civil and commercial adjustments on the legal issues caused by emergencies of public safety in China according to the present law. The civil legal issues of the adjustment of emergencies of public safety are researched, the lacks of civil code institution in China are analyzed, and some suggestions are proposed accordingly on the perfection of the legislation of emergencies law.关键词
