辽宁省节能减排的难点及对策研究
Research on difficulties and countermeasures of energy conservation and emission reduction in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
Energy conservation and emission reduction is the inevitable choice of sustainable development. In order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction in Liaoning Province, the difficulties of energy conservation and emission reduction are analyzed thoroughly according to the problems existing in energy conservation and emission reduction in Liaoning Province, namely, the serious contradiction of energy consumption and energy supply, the irrationality of industrial structure, the severe pollution of rural environment, and the weakness of element task of energy conservation and emission reduction, etc. Countermeasures and suggestions are brought forward from perspectives of developing circular economy, optimizing product structure, perfecting system of energy conservation and emission reduction, and introducing market regulating mechanism actively, etc.关键词
