摘要

Abstract

The recovery processes for CH3C1 in the vent gas from organosilicon production were studied. Three methods for the CH3Cl recovery, namely condensation method, membrane separation method and absorption method, were proposed based on the original process. By using UniSim Design simulation software, these three processes were simulated. The results showed that, after being treated through the three designed processes, the mass fraction of CH3C1 in the vent gas were reduced from 27.0% to 6.2% , 6.1% and 4. 3% respectively, and the benefits increased by 270 × 104, 283 × 104 and 237 × 104 yuan/a, respectively.
