碳酸二甲酯法合成聚碳酸酯及其步缩聚反应研究进展
Research Progresses in Synthesis of Polycarbonate from Dimethyl Carbonate and the Polycondensation

Abstract
Research progresses in synthesis of polycarbonate (PC) from dimethyl carbonate (DMC) were introduced. Selective synthesis of the intermediate two-methylcarbonate-ended-bisphenol A (DmC( 1)) from DMC were discussed. It was found that preparation of the suitable catalysts was the main way for increase of the selectivity and yield of DmC (1). The effects of the texture and surface properties of the catalysts on the carboxymethylation and methylation of bisphenol A with DMC were discussed. It was put forward that loading of organo tin oxides on the mesoporous support could promote DmC( 1) synthesis. The main influence factors for PC synthesis from DMC were investigated and the polycondensation process was analyzed. The foreground and the existent problems for PC synthesis from DMC were reviewed.关键词
