Abstract
According to the increasingly severe employment situation and the difficult employment problems for the female undergraduates,the factors that restrict the development of the female undergraduates＇ career planning are analyzed,choosing female undergraduates as the research object.The development countermeasures of the female undergraduates＇ career planning are put forward,taking the universities in Fuzhou university town as an example.关键词
