Abstract
It is analyzed that in recent years,with the rapid expansion of universities and the slow development of senior high schools,the amount of the students in colleges and universities are sharply decreasing,which causes potential crisis of enrollment for general colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of this crisis,some effective measures are proposed to help the development of local general colleges and universities.关键词
