摘要

Abstract

The new experiment plan was developed with the hibiscus leaves as raw materials,with petroleum ether and alcohol(The volume ratio is 3∶2) as extractant,for thin layer chromatography experiments and separation.The experiment selected the mixture solution of petroleum ether and acetone(The volume ratio is 7∶3) as expanding agent,utilized the best conditions of these solutions.The separating result was five centralized and clear spots,descending order according to Rf values are yellow,gray,blue green,grass green,and bright yellow,respectively.Various pigments were characterized by UV spectrum,and its components were initially identified.
