索氏提取法抽提筒使用改进
Improvement of the Soxhlet Extraction Tube
摘要
Abstract
Improvement has been made compared with the traditional extraction with tube of Soxhlet extractor in this study.Definitely,an absorbent cotton pad about 1cm high was put to cover the mouth of siphon arm,or a aperture in diameter of about 20～30μm was fixed 0.5cm below the core plate.Using peanuts,pig fat as raw materials to detect the improved Soxhlet extractor.The experimental results showed that the siphon was completely higher extraction efficiency and extraction time could be reduced.关键词
